Hi, I had recharged the Tata sky amount with Rs 10835 for Subscriber ID 1166426914 for 1 Year on Oct 25 . After approx 10 months i.e on 16th Aug 2019 the subscription needs to be again recharged for further services. The company is charging the amount by placing a TRAI order which changes the amount charged for the services.
Our plea is that since we have already paid the amount of subscription for 1 Year any changes in the policy need to be borne by company since we have already paid the amount for the period.
Need your intervention to continue the services for remaining period.
