This is to inform you that you that we have already subscribed to the prescribed channels as per the rules of TRAI and paid for our package with Tata Sky, but the channels are not viewed and again they are asking for the subscription.
We are highly dissatisfied with the customer support provided by Tata Sky. The customer executives are neither receiving the call nor responding well for query raised. Despite of having paid for the channels we are not viewing the channels and there notification blinked in the screen to again subscribe for the channels.
