This is a website that is selling phones etc., They have put Redmi Note7 Pro on sale and I tried ordering on 3rd Apr 2019. After providing basic information I was asked to pay 16999. I made a payment of 16999 through internet banking to purchase Redmi Note 7 Pro. After payment i received confirmation in email and till the date not received product and no clarity on the status of delivery .The 1-800 number given: 1800 1024 028 is not working. The emails provided in the website are not working either
I also see lot of similar complaints on this site. Can you please help shutting down this site and processing the refund?
