I have been using tata sky connection since 2017 ….Somewhere in 2018 i relocated and relocation installation of Tata sky was done by tata sky people only ….now here is some issues with the connection and that needs a technician visit to check the alignment of the dish or wearing…..for which i need to pay for technician visit and cost of the hardware …..
as installation was waranted for a year ….
so i do not understand when installation was done by tatasky then why should i pay for technician visit …..as i have already paid for installation ….
so sir This is not the way of doing business you still need to learn how to do business ….I will think that i have paid money to begger Tata’s …who does not have courage to take responsibilities of their own product ….
