Dear sir/Madam,

It has 7 days now, my instrument is not receiving signal.

Ur technical support person has visited last week & for the time being signal received. However,very next day, same problem.

This is 4th time since January 2020. Every time, tata sky deducted the attendance charges of RS.150/- but in short time problem remain same.

Now last 3 days I have no signal msg on screen,also no response from your end.

Please resolve this matter and help us.
