Good evening,

Iam not received any single from Tata sky DTH and called customer care number and they said for home technician visit I have to pay 150/- (customer) i asked to Tata sky DTH customer care person why should I pay 150/- because problem is from Tata sky DTH signal issue and they said customer has to pay other wise they will not send any technician and said we don’t know what is problem iam explain to them it’s signal problem why should I pay but they said customer should has to pay money
