This is to highlight the issue against the Tata Sky Issue which i am facing from last 12 days from Customer Care and Technician Team.

I am very disappoint with the service which the customer care team and Technician team, the team were unable to resolve the issue from last 12 days. where i am getting lot of fratuation/disapointed with team explaining each team on same issue and i haven’t got the correct from none of the team members.

I am escalating this issue from 6th Jun’19 to 15th Jun’19, still the issue is not resolved. I have called more that 40 to 50 times to customer care, each executives are given incorrect information to solve the issue.

Request ID – WO# 1IB94LDW – is closed without intimating me and incorrect information shared by Technician and Agency and it is not intimated me.
I have already explained to the team that i will not be available on Weekday and Need to come after 7.30PM as no one available at home. Technician was not supportive to get this issue resolve.

They are multiple team were involved in this issue, No right or correct response from team they were not answering my call to get the appointment fixed.

On 9th Jun (Sunday) i called around 9 to 10 times to customer care they confirmed that the technician will be reaching in next 1-2 hours and no one turned up. i tried to reach the technician (Rajashekar – 9538784400) for Multiple times he did not answer the call.

On 10th Jun – I received the call from Agency to fix the appointment ( 9739995953) i clearly explained to that lady that we will not be available on day timings need help to come after 7.30 PM and she told me that Technician will not be available for 6.00PM and there shift timing will be 9.00AM to 6.00PM and she was not interested to listen my words. I feel that this agencies has to be blacklisted and they are not fit to solve the issues

From 10th to 14th Jun’19 – I called multiple time84s to Customer care and i did not get any resolution.

Today (15th Jun’19) from 7.30 AM i called to customer care and got information that the issue/request is completed without solving issue and again raise the compliant WO#1IOTR79P and  fixed the appointment from 10.30 to 11.30 AM. However, the Technician were not turned up till now and customer care executive giving nonsense reason and they will not able to solve the issue and getting message from agency telling the appointment fixed for tomorrow. I am really very disappointed on the service which given to customer.

I am really got mentally disappointed by calling customer care from 10 days that to 20 to 25 times, where i spent around 6 to 7 hours of my time. I will file the complaint against the Agency and TATA SKY Department

Also, i am paying the rental from last 12 days without usage of Network. I don’t want to get this paid the rental for which i have not used the network. Need all the leadership involved in this and get this issue solved on priority.
