Since 20 March 2019 the Set-up Box is totally not working and Remote is Malfunctioning.  N-Number of times Complaints registered with TATA SKY Toll Free Number. Technician Visited our place on 21 March 2019 and reported to his office that Set-up Box, Remote are FAULTY and is under WARRANTY so needs to be FULLY REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. After few calls with his office he told us that WITHIN 1 or 2 DAYS TATA SKY will replace with NEW PIECE SET-UP BOX and REMOTE.

Since then every alternate day almost we are Calling their TOLL FREE and NOBODY is VISITING our place and REPLACING the FAULTY UNITS and starting our TV.

NOBODY on TOLL FREE has yet confirmed that ENTIRE MONEY they deduct from our Account since 20 March 2019 is being REIMBURSED to us TILL our TV does not get started.

ONLY 2 times calls were arranged from the so called BACK-HAND Team and except for WE ARE SORRY messages – THERE IS NO ACTION ON GROUND. We are WITHOUT TV since past 9 days (since today is 29 March 2019).
