Yesterday i had a yearly recharge with more than 6000/- and just after recharge primary box not working.
No channel is displayed and when i complained 24 hrs given to resolve the same.
But after 24 hrs no action taken and again when i talk they requested again for 24 hrs.
I don’t think they are going to resolve this issue
