Tatasky set top box stopped working. Service person came n without checking the box suggested I should buy new box for 400 Rs. I was ok but I asked what was wrong with set top box. He was unable to explain as he said that is the process we follow at Tatasky. So I asked him…if any electronic item does not work we just replace it or we attend to check n repair it…he did not have any answers so spoke to Area manager Tata sky Mr Ramu…he told me same thing n threatened if they need to come n check the box I will have to pay 3400 Rs. Complaint no 1D10O5H2 it has been more than 10 days issue is still not resolved….need help to have this addressed n correct process to be in place so that no consumers have to undergo this nonsense
