For last seven days your DTH was not receiving signals it was giving a message that is it cloudy or rainy …….etc . Stil after clearing it did not received signals I put a complaint and your representative visited my house set it right but he told some one has removed your wire from dish . On asking time and again he never told who has removed Our wire put whose wire . His behiour was not proper he told what you will do after knowing etc and taster day again it become out of order and response of you cashmeres care no was worst every time they kept on telling that waiting time is six min etc we will call you or you set of box is put for refresh and you will receive signals with in half and hour . But nothing came .At 3.30 in morning I called and fortunately your call centre boy responded was not of any use . Mr Ranjan lies that ourr system is not working you complaint at 7 .00 when I asked it is 24/7 service why not now . Then he tilt I have registered and you will get response with in 24 hour . He told our executive will be available at six in morning . My complaint is why 24 hours or executive is not available round the clock . And why cable is receiving singal even after repair two days back and why action was not taken on my low grading of attendant . Thanks
