The set top box is not receiving signal since 10:15 am in the morning despite the weather being clear and all the wires to the set top being connected properly. We have switched it of almost 6 to 7 times aince morning but it isn’t working. We would appreciate if a pwrson from tata sky would come to the house and correct the fault that has incurred.
