I am a Tata Sky Subscriber for many years and I had a registered a complaint on 29th March 2021 for not being able to view any channel. I have good balance amount in my account. Complaint number 1-2QX9EOC6. In spite of multiple calls and technician visits, the problem has not been resolved and each time I am only getting assurances that it will be resolved. However I am continuing to get charged with my balance getting reduced daily for the services I am not receiving.
