Our services are down from 20th May. I have raised 2 service requests till date:

The first one raised on 24th May got “Resolved” without anyone visiting our home. The second one is raised on 27th May and is pending till date. Everyday, I am connecting through their the chat service and everyday, I am being promised that someone will be attending that day only but no one has turned up till date.
This is most probably a simple disconnection or realignment case, a quick visit would fix it.
Without a service in this lock down period is really unbearable, specially when I see all my friend’s, relatives, they had their services (TataSky /Other DTH) restored within 3-4 days max.
