My Tata sky connection got interrupted during cycloan. After my complaint dated 23/05/20 may technically person visit my place 24/03/20 and do the servicing.
Again my signal issue happend 27/05/20. I have lodge a complaint 28/05/20 night. From that day to till date I have regualry follow up with you customer care team through calls and mails. As per their version due to covid seatuation devices will get delayed. After so many phone calls ans reminder today one lady call from tata sky. Directly ask me your visit has done or not. After 5days they don’t have the data that my services has attended or not.
I have told her that after 5days you don’t know the services is happend or not. Now customer care lady replied me we do work serially. It can be take more time.
I have paid for the services and last 5days I am not able to use it. When I told her dint need to send any technician at my place she just cut the phone.
It is very much upsetting seatuation and support from tata sky customer care team is very much unprofessional.
