from 16th dec tatasky is not working and i am continue requesting for a service. The first phn whoever was a person dint log my complaints and again i have to call ..she didn’t helped ..phn was transferred to senior ,..she gave confirmation of 24 hrs ,,but still not working and again i have to call and give complaints.. 10yrs i am using this service, options are there cheaper and good ones .. just in sake of Mr. TATA.. for is charity he do we also like to support, but the Customer care..whom i deal with..very bad.
from 10days TV is not working the balance is deducted ..I want it to get refunded.
