I had taken new Tata sky broadband connection on 29th November for 1500 which is supposed to be trial pack for 30 days, I also paid 3540 for 3 months which is supposed to start from January 2022 to March end, but sales people took my phone number and my brother’s also and activated both trial pack and 3 months plan togather, now when I called customer care number they told me both plans are active and they can’t do anything.
Also my service i is not working properly.
