Text of Complaint by Sunil Dash:

Since some month lipsing is not matching with video in all channel, after lodged a complaint at Tata Sky nobody is resolving the issue. Their service engineers are not trained. One service engineer had suggested to change set top box and accordingly I had changed which cost of Rs.400 but the issue remain continuing, when I informed the issue to customer care on 3rd Apr they suppose to send service engineer by 24 hour but till time nobody visited. I informed twice to customer care that nobody is visited to attend the issue, they only assured that problem will sort out with next day, already past 48 hours but nobody has attended the issue. I am very much harassed with this service. My complaint ID is 1EBU42EK. I want a strong action against Tata Sky for this violation. Also wants return back of my old set top box which was is in good condition also return back my money charged of 400 plus interest and harassment compensation. My subscriber ID is 1155890872
