Text of Complaint by Karuna:

i have Tata sky connection three months back through dealer.

dealer charged 1500 additionally and also he mentioned my name Krishna Rao instead of karuna I requested Customer care to change but in vein.

I was told I have to pay 600 for main connection and around 300 for other two subsidiary connections.

Now every month they are changing dates of payment and increasing monthly rent stating filthy reasons.

The service is worst and I suggest people to think twice or more before taking Tata sky connection.

My Tata sky I’d is 1305203950 for three connection
