WE HAVE ACTIVATED TATA SKY SERVICE ON 29 MAY 19 AFTER PAYING RS 1800 AS PACKAGE SCHEME NOW AFTER 2 DAYS ON 1ST JUNE THEY ARE SAYING THAT SERVICE IS DEACTIVATED AND THEY CAN’T DO ANY THING WITH THAT AS THE DEALER WHO INSTALLED THE SETUP IS GUILTY AS DEALER DOESN’T INFORMED US ABOUT THE INSTALLATION CHARGES
WHEN WE ENQUIRED ABOUT CHARGES EVEN HE DOESN’T ASKED ABOUT THE CHARGE PAYMENT WHEN WE PAID BUT AFTER 2 DAYS THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED ON THE GROUNDS OF CHARGES.
AND TATA SKY IS ALSO NOT HELPING US.AS WE CALLED TO SERVICE CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE BUT NOTHING EXCEPT LISTENING.
