I am TATA SKY consumer from Cuttack city under odisha state.
My consumer number id no.is 1261944746.
The tatasky disc is damaged due to cycloan fani.
I have lodged complain to TATA sky provider about the matter and to ascertain the damage and to start repairing work.
They have assured me to do it as soon as possible.But in between thogh 15 to 20 days passed.None of the tata sky service technician has turned up to restore the service.
Whenever I am contacting them in the tollfree number provided for cosumers they are giving the stereotype answer that our people will attend it we sorry due to cycloan the work is delayed.
