Hi,
We took a tata sky connection around 3-4 months back and it has 1 year service visit warranty. but when they visited, they charged 150 rs service visit charges and 110 for parts. Their customer representative too said that you have 1 yr service visit warranty and you should not be charged.
when their representative call us, they say you have 1 month warranty only. I have a screenshot of the chat with tata sky representative and they say that we should not have charged. I am attaching the screenshot as well.
on the call, i asked them to provide me a link which mentions for new connection, there is only 1 month service visit warranty.
