Last week of May, before going on a vacation to UK for 2 weeks, checked with Airtel showroom Selaiyur on the data plan which does not affect the international usage.  Accordingly one Mr Kevin had chaged the plan and response recd that data plan is setup that no impact due to usage of the mobile data.

To my shock in 1st week of June, phone bill of 3000+ received on the mobile bill.  Further my Mobile data was stopped and only wifi mode used in UK where ever i get free WIFI.

Spoke to airtel personnnel regarding the bill and they showed ignorance on my query and the data plan and the billing package and rules.

Again this month there is a bill of 5000+ although there was no international incoming or outgoing calls made.

If Airtel cannot suggest an appropriate plan for the customer,   I am surprised on their customer service.

Spoke to 121 on Monday 22nd regarding my bill and they said they will get back in 4 hours, again called by Tuesday 23rd Jul since system is down.

Again there is no response from customer care till date to close the issue again i called today however, they have no answers and could not tranfer my call to the next level of escalation.

Having already paid a bill of 3000+ last month, I do not want to extend this any further and neither want to pay anything extra without enjoying the benefit.

If there is no further explanations on my bill, I would like to disconnect airtel network (used by me for last 20 years) and move to a better network provider.

I would like to escalate this issue to you for a response now, since the bill payment on my postpaid bill is due today.
