There was a signal issue which I was facing from a few days.I called customer care executive regarding the complaint and even before solving that issue they were telling me that a additional charge of Rs 175 will be charged if we raise complaint from our end. I told them I am ready to pay for this but as I am sharing a common dish which is used by 2-3 flats so everybody might be facing the same problem.So how does it make sense about charging only one person for the problem just because i raised the complaint. And I explained it to them but they are still repeating the same thing that I need to pay or my issue won’t be solved. What kind of service is this. Please I request you to look into this issue and take action on them
