Text of Complaint by Abhishek Soni:

I was told that free apps on my tata sky binge plus android set-top box will work, even when the tata sky recharge ends, but they are not working and when I contacted tata sky they are telling me that their representative might not have known it or lied as it was a new product which I didn’t buy the new set-top box for, as I expected to use the set-top box and free apps like youtube even after the recharge ends, as I paid the full price for the set-top box.

Now I am stuck with this box, for which I paid 3000rs, especially for the functionality that the set-top box can be used to watch youtube, but that’s not working and tata sky people are not responding positively.

Now I would like my money to be returned or I should be allowed to use free apps on my set-top box.
