My name is Aranya Ghosh. I had applied for a second Tata Sky connection for our apartment no A-9, Vivekananda Park Society, 3 Ambedkar Road. The technician named Amir called us on 13 th April asking for a time when he can come and install the dish antenna, set -top box etc. We categorically told him to come during daytime as fixing a dish in the dark on the terrace may become a problem. Mr. Amir ultimately arrived on 16 th evening and since it was already dark, couldnot fix the new dish antenna. He attached the new connection to our existing Tata Sky dish antenna ( which is unethical), gave the set top box and started the new connection. He collected the entire amount (Rupees fifteen Hundred fifty ) and promised to come back and fix the dish antenna.
From that day, we made innumerable phone calls to Amir, the Tata Sky technician and he went on promising to come and fix the antenna. When he failed to come, we called up the Tata Sky complaint number. We were assured that the antenna would be fixed in ” two days time” and were given text messages of Request number ( 1GJROZFR) AND THEN THEIR WORK ORDER NO.(1GQRZAJR). These numbers were repeated in text messages, but NO TECHNICIAN WAS SENT TILL DATE. THE TECHNICIAN HAD DONE AN UNETHICAL JOB – WE HAD PAID THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, but they have not completed the connection. tomorrow, if there is some technical error, they will blame us for connecting two connections in one dish. Please address my problem with Tata Sky, so that my issue is solved. The Tata Sky connection number is : 1312876822
