Dear Team,

I recharged the Tata Sky setup box on 21 st 2021, the recharge was full, but the amount was debited from my credit card and I got a message from Tata Sky that your amount will be returned in 7 days, But the amount has not yet returned to my card, kindly look into this matter and return my amount as soon as possible.

Please find the below mentioned message Who came to me from Tata Sky:

Dear subscriber, your Tata Sky recharge TC2102211118353206 was unsuccessful. In case any amount got debited from your account, it will be refunded back to your account in 7 working days. Request you to attempt the recharge again using the link https://tsky.in/a/yL8W08j?a
