I am using tatasky more then 5 years, last one month setup box having some errors, It’s not showing any channels its showing errors, I called customer care more 7 times they are repeating same answers remove plug and connect, still I am having same problem its showing error only, finally I called customer care 20th,   I don’t want yourconnection refund my money they told before 25th you will receive a call from tatasky but still I didn’t receive any call from tatasky, still they deducted money from my account.  Again I called 27th tatasky customer care they are telling we will call you sir. I asked date they are telling don’t know.  I want my balance amount back, what to do? Whom to contact I don’t know
