I am Mr. Swatantramath. Subscriber ID: 1293572614.
We had paid approx Rs5000 and more for one year package on 16th November 2018. However all changes recently made due to TRAI regulation implications has resulted in monthly package charge to 387, while I have in face reduced number of channels I had in annual package and on top removed all HD channels,. Even regional Kannada removed.
However still as per calculation I need to pay more if I consider the calculation till 15 November 2019. And when I contact customer care, there is no credits. Additionally if I discontinue out will have a loss of amount I paid for set up box.
Totally unacceptable. We want existent package of have selected to continue till 15 November without interruptions. (We have compromised HD channels, other regional channels. I am sure TRAI did not imply these to make us pay more. If nothing can be done please let know. I will discontinue the services
