Sir

It should be noted that Tata Sky does not have accurate SOPs in place for replacement of Set top box.
I have been wrongly charged with one extra set top box which i had sought to be replaced.
How can Tata sky SOP permit charges for a Set top box a consumer has reported as faulty.
Executives and Agents at their level are trying to hush up the matter labelling that i am finding it expensive to have a set top box.
I have been charged 400/-per month as a charge for a faulty set top box which Tata sky authorised personnel left with me without carrying it back.
I was ready to pay for new set top box but he asked for CASH which i redused to pay and hence i retained the old set top box.
Faulty processes of TATASKY are the reason for this mess for which i am being penalized and a long standing relationship is comming to a bitter end.
Please do not send fraud 3rd party service providers and provide sub standard experience and anxiety to your customers.
I will be sharing this message on FB too to spread awareness of ill managed processes of Tata sky.
Please refund the money @400/- wrongly charged to my account as secondary set top box charge.
There is no way to detect a secondary set top box if one is not using a second TV.
Your agent from Bangalore, Basarvaraj had the audacity to blame me that i get messages on screen and sms, indirectly implying that i am a cheat.
Customer orientation at Tata sky is not representative of Tata name and needs a serious overhaul.
I did authorise them to debit my account directly when their Service person demanded cash.
Instead of debiting charges Tata sky started charging me for an extra set top box and accused me that i have wrongfully used a second connection.
