TATA sky set top box was reset by a technician to TATA play and since then our 2 television sets are not working properly. Despite multiple reminders, no technician turned up, the customer care people are simply playing around. They can’t resolve anything. Technicians are never on time. Today whole day they just harassed us. Please settle our amount. We will not pay any amount for this kind of poor service. If anything is charged, we will make a complaint on consumer court.
