Tata sky has been ignoring my complaint since a week. It was 31 october 2019 when tata sky has deactivated my DTH connection. I had deposited 1000rs. just 7 days before (i.e. 22 october 2019). They even text notified me on 22 october 2019 that next due date will be 8 November 2019 but they deactivated it on 31 oct only. When I called them to lodge the complaint they told me that 800rs. from that previously deposited 1000rs. have been deducted as we had some online services taken from them. It is false. They never rendered us any online services because even if they had then we must have had a text notification or something.
They are blatanly give false statements and blaming us. It is high time now. We have seen enough. Our problem should be solved or we will take a strict action.
