Text of Complaint by Nabin Tigga:

Sir,

I had booked a new connection on dated 18 /05/19 through online mode. A confirmation message came that your new connection would be installed on 19/05/19.The service provider called me on 19th and told that he is coming for installation at around 10.am.But the whole day passed he didn’t come.

And next again the service provider called me and asked me if am available or not and I told that I would be available in the evening.But did not came.

I just wanted to know that whether they want to give Service or fool the customer by calling .I am fade up with your service.
