my subscription I’d is 1078996806. I was having three connections, out of which I requested for disconnecting one and splitting the other. After the split I have been requesting for reconnecting with my regional channels only. I have been talking to your call centre personnel over the last few weeks, going through an arduous and torturous process with no results. They also fail to provide the contact number of the nearest authorised partner, and have failed to resolve the issue.
Pits extremely disappointing service from TATA SKY and I wish and hope you will resolve my complaint ASAP.
