I am new customer of DTH of Tata sky ,technician is not installing set top box , dish antenna etc , technician is pressing me to arrange a ladder to approach roof top. My home is a Govt Flat at 3rd floor(top floor) many dish are seen at roof top. my Airtel dish has also been fixed on roof top.this is responsibility of Tata sky to arrange T.&P for fixing dish .no such type thing has been told by representative during advertising for new connection. Behaviour of dealing staff is not good.my urge is connection may please be done without further delay or my paid amount Rs2150 be returned back to me
