Text of Complaint by Vishal Baban Patare:

I have purchased Tata Sky new connection with 6 month free package at RS 2850/- on 25th May 2019.Activation was successful ,1320094848—Vishal Patare is my Tata Sky ID.But after 2 months my service got disable due to insufficient balance. I spoke to the dealer and customer care about the same and taking follow up since last 45 days. Since I didn’t got any response from them. They just saying that they will check.

I spoke to Tata Sky customer care and as per their information the recharge is was not made for 6 months.

I spoke to the dealer Solanki Brother from Kamshet-410405 And Lokesh phatak who is the dealer -9922030894. Also spoke to Tata sky sales manager Vikas Desai on  +919096235795,is who was responsible for the same last week . He asked for 1-2 days for resolution, but after that no one answering my calls.

I called them from my 2nd number and then they saying that nothing can be done by their end.

I have attached the bill when I purchased the connections and details.
