As my tata sky ID 1353868159 the amount for 1st month was rs 326/- .i. e. In Jan 2020. Later in march 2020 the subscription amount suddenly changed to 354/- without asking for any changes. Spoke to the customer executive and they said he will write a complaint but nothing was done as I paid the same installment of Rs 354/- which I felt was fleecing from tata sky. My complaint number is 295MZWRD.
Please intervene in the matter and I want my subscription amount to be brought back to rs 326/- instead of 356/- and I want all the extra amount charged to be refunded to my tata sky ID1353868159.
