I bought Tata Sky HD box

via Amazon and had a worst experience with customer services of Tata Sky.
I bought the set top box and it stopped working within 3 days.
1. Their technician charged ₹300 for connecting cable which they claim not to charge for 10 meter cable.When got call from senior personal, he said that their system shows that only 10 meter cable used which shouldn’t be charged. They didn’t gave me any receipt for the cable when asked.
2. They are replacing the faulty set top box with old set top box, they are not ready to give me new box even though I used it only for 3 days. It is understandable when used for more than a year, but this is something which is not acceptable atleast from such organization.
3. When connected to Amazon for return of dish, Amazon told to connect with Tata Sky for removal of dish from terrace, which Tata Sky service were not willing to remove the dish, so I had to remove the dish at my own cost.
4. When connected with technician on when will they come home to fix the issue, they made me sit for whole day stating will come in 1 hour and so.
5. Also, Tata Sky is not ready to give me refund of ₹300 which their person charged for connecting wire.
