I have been with tata sky for 3 months and subscribed for South tamil package and kids package and paid for 6months.
The kids package worked only for 1st month. After the month kids channels were not coming, hence we have raised a concern. The retailer told that the kids package has been removed due to unknown reason and the retailer is not ready to help to sort the issue.
We are not able to contact the customer care due to lock down. Please help us in getting the issue resolved asap.
