Text of Complaint by Sanjeev singh:

I am a tata sky customer. With the recent changes by TRAI in the channel viewing, pay for only those channels selected by the customer. I went on the TRAI official site and selected my channels and applied all the changes. My new amount as shown by TRAI based on my channel selection was Rs 547. However after 3 weeks of having made the changes, TATA Sky on 7 Mar sent me a msg that my package was for RS 640 and only 240 was remaining in my account. I immediately called customer care of Tata Sky and i was informed by Mr Chandan singh of Tata sky that changes/ channel selection done on TRAI site is not applicable to Tata sky and my package has not  changed and still is the original package of Rs 640. I am shocked that Tata sky is openly  flouting the TRAI rules and directions issued on this subject. It is my humble request that Tata Sky be booked and taken to task for not adhering to the govt rules and directions on channel selection and their application. Heavy plenty be imposed on this pvt player to get him to task and i would like to file a complaint against Tata Sky for fraud and cheating customers and want a heavy plenty imposed on Tata sky and Tata sky to provide me a relief of Rs 10 Lakhs for fraudulently increasing my Bill amount to Rs 640 from Rs 547. I want Tata sky be punished so that a example is set
