Text of Complaint by Uma Gupta:

I am a TataSky DTH subscriber and have been trying to select my DTH channels as per TRAI regulations. I went to TataSky website but did not found any provision as such where I can submit my selection. I then tried to connect with the customer support (both chat and phone) but was informed that TRAI has not fixed any date to make this change and that they will inform customer whenever such change is communicated by TRAI.

Not sure which world these TataSky folks are living but every day there is advertisement from TRAI saying that customers have to submit their choice of channels by Jan 31 and TRAI guidelines are effective since Feb 1, 2019.
