This is regarding Zee CLASSIC.

Zee network has relaunched Zee Classic on 15 May 2019 and requested all DTH operators to broadcast this channel at their platform.  Most of the DTH operators have agreed to air this channel but Tatasky is not ready to show this channel.

I made number of complaints to Tatasky at different departments but everytime I got unresponsive reply.  They don’t have any details about this channel.  Every time they make call and impose me to accept this that Zee Classic channel has renamed/replaced with Zee Bollywood.  It is totally wrong.  Zee Classic went off air for time being due to some reasons and Zee network launched new channel at that time but after 8 1/2 months Zee Network has restarted their old channel with new version.  As per Tatasky executives Zee Classic doesn’t exist.  They don’t even correct their information in the system and  don’t want to losten that Zee CLASSIC has relaunched.  They repetitively mislead to their consumers.

This channel is not available in any package or Al carte basis on Tatasky.

As per TRAI, DTH operator cannot decide which channel to be shown and which channel not to be shown on their platform. They have to make available the channel if it is a part of a broadcaster package.  It is a part of my package amd I am paying for that.  But Tatasky is not serious to take a proper action to make it available this channel asap.

Please help us to resolve this issue as Tatasky is not seem serious to work on this matter. They don’t even bother that their consumers are valuable to them. When I said I will complaint against tatasky in consumer forum then they said PLEASE GO AHEAD.

Very irresponsible behaviour. Disgusting services.

Please help ua ro resolve this issue and kindly make this channel available on Tatasky.
