this company is really a cheater even after 5 days of my complaint my Tata sky did not get relocated. These people s are sending message to change the date by there wises. When I’m asking about my last complaint they are saying due to technical problem we are unable to tell anything. I m sorry for inconvenience.
These things are really irritating and not supposed to make you world class service provider. Representatives are irritating and asking same question again and again and making excuses of technical problem. Kindly advise what to take and how to take corrective action. Even they are charging Rs 500/- for both installation and which is really too much. I spent my two days at home because I thought any time person can come for installation work but today sundaS completed and no one came till this time. Today one person came and he uninstalled and said he will come in evening for installation and when I called him in evening he said he can’t come. If I wish I can call in office.
