Hello Team,
My Tata Sky Id 1226484788 got deactivated without any Pre-notification and even though I have recharged it with ammount of Rs. 341 but still not get activated.
Its been 3 days that its not functional even after new recharge.
Have contacted Helpline number more than 10 times but they have no clue and lodged a complaint with billing team having request number 1J9GJP1E which is also pending since 3 days and even they are not sure why my account is in negative and how to resolve this.
I have got pathetic services and worst response on my complaint. These guys are calling and dis-connecting phone on their own.
It’s completely unprofessional behavior and rough attribute of Tata Sky Support guys.
No one can’t wait 3 days to get the services resumed. If TATA SKY cannot resolve this immediately I am happy to switch to some another Service providers.
Moment away to break the set-up box and send a pic to Shri Ratan Tata.
Can you refund me my whole money back(setup box charges+ new re-change ammount) so that I can quit from this non-sense.
