My subscriber id is 1081116467   . I have been paying only Rs.985/  as monthly subscription charges. After the recent TRAI revision I have been asked to pay Rs.1790/ for the same channels.

we approached our nearest Distributor and he told us he can not do anything on this and we need to approach the distributor from whom we have taken connection.

  1. Hi, these changes are being made in order to comply with the “Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order” issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).
