Inspite of making calls to the customer care of tata sky to help us with the price list of the channels as per the TRAI regulation.They are just asking us to wait till 31st of Jan, when it is clearly informed that date is extended for the cosumers not for the DTH service providers.Customer care does not help with any information and are good for nothing. No matter what question you ask they are just asking you to wait till end of Jan.Disgusting services provided by Tata sky.They are trying to cheat and loot the hard earned money of the consumers.Its better to switch to local cable provider who is way better when compared to tata sky.Highly disappointed.
