I have sent the following mail on 10th January 2020 enquiring about why such erroneous charges and new set top box has been added to my ID
I Ankit Banthia with registered mobile number and the subscriber ID (having two set top boxes ending with 6751 & 2510) I am facing the following issues
Without my information and knowledge my registered mobile number was changed to an unknown number – 6291754331 (I have never seen this number in my life)
Requests like additional set top box, Tata sky binge and relocation request has been raised thereafter within 29th december to 1st january 2020 – how could a new address have been updated without any e KYC document is what I cannot understand!
I was travelling between 27th December 2019 to 7th January 2020 and hence I am completely unaware how these request could have been placed by me.
The relocation address I saw was 45 rajdanga main Road, Kolkata 107 – I am completely unaware of this address!
When I noticed the same yesterday night on 9th January – I was completely baffled how a new set top box was added, my packages were changed, a new service Tata sky binge was activated, a new address and registered mobile number was flashing with my subscriber ID on the Tata sky app
how so many changes were made in a matter of 3 to 4 days without my authorisation is something that Tata sky should be very careful of!
This is complete fraudulent activity from TATA SKY end and on my part I have not shared my details with anyone!
I have been receiving multiple phone calls since yesterday to return the Tata sky binge devices – it is impossible for me to spend half an hour to explain my entire predicament to 10 different people at different times.
please check how this security lapse has happened and kindly give me an answer at the earliest reversing all the charges that has happened between 27th December and 7th January
