Dear sir, I am writing this email to let you know about the problem I have been facing since 16th August 2019. Two men named John and Manoj Kumar from Tata sky came to my house on 16th August.they told me about the new hd box that has been launched for about RS 4999/ but since we are a customer of ten years of Tata sky it’s been given for 1850rs ..we accepted the offer and paid the amount 1850rs through Paytm.i was told that after five days we will receive a call from technician.
Till date I have not received any call.i have already given a complain to Tata sky customer care they told me to forward the information to higher authorities for prompt action regarding this issue which has not been resolved.
Please it’s my request please look into this matter and get to a solution as soon as possible.i am attaching all the bills and proofs kindly check it.
