With reference to above details, i am a loyal customer of TATA SKY from 2015. Recently, in the month of sep 2019 i am unable to view the channels due receiver holder problem. In this connection i registered a complaint and dealer executive visited the location and changed the L &B unnecessarly. Hence i complained to return the same but they were not accepted and debited my account with an amount if Rs. 300.00 and there by stopped the service. They assured me repay that amount then we will solve the issue but it was not happened.

Once again on Nov 14,2019 I am unable view the channels because of old problem. Hence i complained, then back end team called me and assured that no visiting charges only spare charges. For this i agreed, then dealer executive visited the location and replace the dish including L &B without relocating the dish.

But they charged Rs. 450.00( for Dish) and Rs. 300.00 ( for relocation) total of Rs. 750.00 without obtaining confirmation from me. This is totally unethical and wrong practice.

As per my complaint on Sep 2019, If they give good service the charge will be Rs. 450.00 + Rs. 150.00 = Rs. 600.00 but now charged Rs. 1050.00.

In this situation i given a complaint today and given the request number 1QIPPEJ6.

Today evening i got reply that We tried connecting with you regarding your recent Query/Complaint with Tatasky. We will try again after some time. Request you to please answer the call and help us serve you better.

Till now issue was not resolved and once again they stopped the services.

In this circumstances, i complained against Dealer and Tata Sky DTH services regarding charges borne un ethically without intimating to customer and wrong services & information given by the dealer. Guide me properly and do justice for me. Save the customers.
