Hi,

My TATA SKy Subscriber ID is 1223828250,  From Monday (14th Oct’19) I see that the TATA SKY DTH setup box was not working and in this instance I have contacted the Tata SKY DTH customer care and they have instructed me to do the trouble shoot, after doing the trouble shoot also it was observed that still the power is not coming to setup box and the customer care executive has suggested for a technician visit and for this they need the customer approval and I have approved accordingly and an WO has been raised and the number is 1PO35SFN, after raising the WO it was mentioned that the technician would be visited and the issue would be resolved within 24 hours from the time the request has been raised.

On Tuesday (15th Oct’19) I got a call from the Tata Sky DTH team at 6.30 PM for checking the address and accordingly I have confirmed the address.

Again on Wednesday (16th Oct’19) I have contacted the Customer Care and informed that the issue is not resolved and they told me that the issue will be escalated, I don’t know whether it was really escalated or not.

On Thursday (17th Oct’19) morning again I got a call from the Tata Sky team to check the address once again and I have confirmed the address accordingly and on the same day morning at 10.30 or 11.30 AM got a call and they have checked me what is the issue and explained to them accordingly. But still I don’t see the technician visit nor the issue got resolved. So again at 7 PM I have contacted the customer care to check when the issue will get resolved, then they told me that the WO has been closed because the customer is not reachable, I don’t know if these many times they have contacted me and I have contacted the customer care how my mobile is not reachable, but still I have requested them to reopen the WO and the same has been opened got an SMS.

On Friday (18th Oct’19), morning at 9.45 AM I got a call from the Tatay Sky DTH team to check about the issue is resolved or not, then I told them to check the WO history and he mentioned that all the WO which were raised were closed because they can’t keep any WO open for more than 3 days, so I have shouted at them saying one time they have closed the case saying the customer is not reachable and one time they are telling they have missed the TAT. Don’t know which is correct whether the Customer mobile is not reachable or they have missed there TAT. But still again today I have requested to Open a new request and they told it was raised, but I haven’t received any SMS on any of the actions which the TATA Sky has taken. Till now I don’t see any technician calling nor the issue is resolved.

Would request you to help me how to get this issue will be resolved.
